The photo licensing agreement is automatically accepted by the viewer/customer when buying an image or taking a screenshot.

Image use

Images can be used as retail (personal) use only. The images may be used in educational non-commercial presentations and talks. Commercial printing or publishing in any form is not allowed (book, print, online, social media platforms, film, advertsing etc.). For any publication (book, print, online, social media platforms, film, advertsing etc.) the author has to be asked for permission.

Type of image license

Non-exclusive license.

Time frame

The license will be valid for a period of 10 years; the use of the image past the time frame of the license is not permitted and requires a new/renewed license.

Attribution of the photographer

Images can only be used for personal purposes with the copyright disclosure on the image. If you use the image for educational talks always refer to the author with: [author name as written on the image] – www.msk-ultrasound.ch (Example: Christian Marx – www.msk-ultrasound.ch).

Right to edit

Images are not allowed for editing. In anycase the author has to be asked for editing permission.

Right to sublicense

Sublicense is not allowed

Amount of licensing fee

The amount of licensing fee is displayed for each image and always applies to the agreement herewith.
